The next edition of Uppercut Fight Night is held this coming Saturday October 27 at Metropolitan Square in Nicosia. The event promoted by Chris Christodoulou is the second show for the year on the beautiful island, following a previous edition held in March.
The event is headlined by WKN Cyprus women’s Grand Prix contested in a format of single-elimination tournament. The current list of participants includes Elena Papadopoulou, Charoula Gerolemidou and Myria Xenofontos. The fourth competitor will be announced shortly.
An upcoming event also includes a series of kickboxing and Muay Thai bouts.
Over the years Cyprus has held numerous world class events including Kickboxing World Championship bouts, as well as three series of Bigger’s Better Boxing live on Eurosport.
