Respect for Promoters

Respect for Promoters !
To all coaches who think they are above others and show disrespect toward promoters, remember one thing: without promoters, there would be no events and no opportunities to compete.
Try putting yourselves in their shoes. Many of you complain about every detail of an event, but sometimes the truth is simply that you lost, and instead of accepting the result, you direct your frustration toward the people who organized the show.
Why not try doing it yourselves? Take the financial risks, work day and night to find sponsors and funding, deal with all the challenges, and then organize a successful event from start to finish. Only then will you truly understand what it takes.
Promoting is one of the hardest jobs in our sport. It requires courage, dedication, sacrifice, and constant risk. That is why promoters everywhere deserve respect.
Nothing is ever perfect, and there is always room for improvement, but we should never insult, belittle, or attack those who invest their time, money, and energy to create opportunities for fighters and coaches to shine.
Respect should always come first. Without promoters, there is no platform. Without their efforts, many athletes would never have the chance to showcase their talent.
The WKN also has serious rules and standards that must be respected. These rules are applied throughout all of our organizations and are an essential part of maintaining fairness, professionalism, and integrity in our sport. Everyone involved—coaches, fighters, officials, and promoters—is expected to respect and follow these regulations.
