🌍 Kun Khmer on the International Path: WKN and KRUD KUN KHMER in Ongoing Discussions 🇰🇭.
Building on the success of their initial collaboration, the WKN World Office is currently engaged in discussions with KRUD KUN KHMER and its partners to explore the possibility of organizing prestigious international championships on a regular basis within KRUD KUN KHMER events. These exchanges reflect a shared ambition to contribute to the international development of Kun Khmer and to enhance the global visibility of this centuries-old combat sport.
While discussions are still ongoing, the objective is clear: to create a structured international framework that respects the authenticity, traditions, and cultural heritage of Kun Khmer, while opening new opportunities for global recognition. The President of the WKN and the WKN Cambodia coordinator General Khov Chhay, are personally involved in these discussions, working closely with Cambodian leadership to evaluate the conditions of a potential long-term collaboration that could mark an important milestone in the history of the discipline.
