Kun Khmer was proudly put in the spotlight at Trigger Boxing 9 in Ho Chi Minh City, with two high-level international matchups between Cambodia 🇰🇭 and Vietnam 🇻🇳.
The two exciting contests ended with a perfectly balanced 1–1 score, showcasing the quality, competitiveness and international potential of Kun Khmer.

Gio Sue Dinh 🇻🇳 defeated Norn Khemreak 🇰🇭 by decision.
The WKN World President, who was present throughout this historic event, made it a priority to give Kun Khmer the international exposure it deserves. These two fights will be submitted for registration with BoxRec, in line with the WKN’s commitment to documenting and promoting its official international competitions.
The WKN maintains a serious and constructive partnership with General Khov Chhay and the Kun Khmer Federation (KKF), working together for the international development and recognition of this great Cambodian martial art.
The WKN World President is also expected to attend the opening ceremony of the first Asian Championships in Kun Khmer in CAN Tho, marking another important step in the development of the discipline across Asia.
