Khyzer Hayat and Samvel Babayan Simply the Best at Fight for Glory by Jordi Calvet

Fight for Glory: International Edition 2021 took place at Pabellón Municipal Germans Margall in Malgrat de Mar, Barcelona, Catalonia on Saturday, October 23. International Kickboxing event featured a series of bouts with two WKN World titles contested on the night.

In one of the championship bouts, representative of the country-host Khyzer Hayat went up against Kim Falk of Sweden. The pair battled it out for the vacant WKN World lightweight title in Muay Thai. After five rounds of action local fighter was awarded a unanimous decision and secured a prestigious belt.

In another championship match Spanish Samvel Babayan squared off against Vietnamese-Swede Giang Hoang. The contest was for the vacant WKN World flyweight title in oriental kickboxing. The bout also went a full distance and ended in a unanimous decision in favor of the local fighter, who became a new champion in the division.

Promoted by Jordi Calvet, Fight for Glory: Malgrat de Mar marked the return of World Championship Kickboxing to Spain.

The undercard saw local talent in a series of kickboxing and Muay Thai bouts.
