🇲🇹Malta: A Truly Exceptional Night for 30 Years of Team Noël
On November 28, 2026, Malta will host a truly exceptional evening celebrating 30 years of Team Noël and its remarkable contribution to kickboxing.
The event will feature six WKN Pro/Am Championship fights, bringing together the very best fighters from Team Noël against an international selection representing the global WKN family.
The WKN World Office is currently working on the selection of international fighters from across the continents, with athletes being considered from Argentina 🇦🇷, Canada 🇨🇦 , Malaysia 🇲🇾, Paraguay🇵🇾 , Peru🇵🇪 , Uruguay🇺🇾, South Africa 🇿🇦 and other WKN countries. The six international fighters will be officially announced progressively through the WKN social media networks.
Malta has always been an important WKN country. More than 20 years ago, our friend Adrian Axisa laid the foundations for the WKN in Malta and helped establish the federation on the island.
Since then, Noël Mercieca, as promoter and coach, has organised a large number of WKN championships in Malta and played a major role in developing the sport and the WKN brand locally.
Malta has also hosted two WKN Professional World Championships, including a historic event that remains in the records as the first professional Kickboxing World Champion in the history of the island: Daniel Zara🏆🇲🇹!
Now, 30 years of Team Noël will be celebrated with a special international WKN event bringing together Malta, Team Noël and the world on one unforgettable night.
One Team. One Family. One Legacy.
