The World Kickboxing Network returns to the United Kingdom on Saturday, July 9 with βYoung Celts Collideβ Fight Night taking place at Fraserburgh Leisure Centre in Fraserburgh, Scotland. The event presented by Albert Ross features a series of bouts with local and international competitors.
The headline-bout pits representative of the country-host Shane Weir and current WKN International and former European amateur featherweight champion Jan Snoddon of Northern Ireland. The pair battles it out for the prestigious vacant WKN British lightweight title in oriental kickboxing.
The championship supervisor is Gary Langford.

The previous event held in Scotland goes back to August 2019 when Fraserburgh hosted WKN British Open. The recent visit of World Kickboxing Network to the United Kingdom was made this past April, when Billy Murray presented βKickboxing ProspeXβ made in Prokick event in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
