Michele Verginelli partakes at Ganryujima 8 Adauchi
Mixed Martial Arts fight show Ganryujima 8 is held on September 2 live on Fuji Network. The project produced by Sadaharu Tanikawa promotes the “Way of Samurai”. The WKN World President Stephane Cabrera is an official representative of Ganryujima outside of Japan.
The show is unique featuring international athletes representing their national Martial Arts, such as Karate, Muay Thai, Kushti, Jeet Kune Do, Sanda, Calcio Fiorentino [an early form of football in Italy], among others. The upcoming event is subtitled as “Adauchi” meaning “Revenge”. The fight card comprises the representatives of the country host as well as the fighters out of Italy, Brazil, Thailand and India.
Italian Michele Verginelli of the WKN Top Team returns to Tokyo where he takes on the representative of Capoeira, Brazilian Marcus Vinicios.
In addition the team at Ganryujima has recently appeared at the famed Fujiyama Fight Club program. The line-up for the upcoming show can be found below.
