The Battle 18 marks three years of collaboration between the N.1 Greek Fight Show and World Kickboxing Network. The event promoted by Stefanos Konstantinidis is held tonight at the Olympic Taekwondo Centre featuring 16-fight mixed bill with kickboxing, boxing and MMA bouts presented on the card.
The Battle 18 is headlined by a four-man eliminator which will determine the best Greek light heavyweight kickboxer of today. In one of the semi-finals Giannis Manolas faces Marios Blanas. In another, Emmanuel Diakam takes on Nikos Tzotzos. The winners of these bouts will meet in the championship round later on the night.
The highlight of the show is the Ladies First special featuring women’s MMA championship bout between Greek Christina Stelliou and Croatian Nikolina Katic. The pair contests for WKN International flyweight strap.
