Yohan Lidon takes on Patrick Vidakovic in the main event of the VIP gala on May 4 in Dubai.
Yohan Lidon puts the WKN super middleweight world title on the line for the second time. French kickboxing star earned the belt last May in Paris where he stopped Karapet Karapetyan of Armenia in the headliner of Dark Fights. In August he defended the belt against Danijel Solaja of Germany in the main event of Fight Night Saint Tropez 2016. On May 4 Lidon is facing off Patrick Vidakovic of Hungary in the second defense of the prestigious WKN strap.
Lidon vs Vidakovic for the WKN super middleweight world title (oriental) headlines the VIP event promoted by Eric Favre. Furthermore the program also includes the WKN super featherweight world title challenge. Renowned Karim Bennoui of France squares off with European champion out of Hungary Antoine Habash. The championship supervisor is Osman Yigin of Belgium, representing the World Kickboxing Network.
In addition the gala includes two bouts in Muay Thai as well as the MMA contest. The WKN world office also organizes the team of international officials for the event: Georgie Vojvoda (Hungary), Alexis Andre (France), Klaus Hagemann (Germany), Konstantinos Varvadoukas (Greece).
