Promoted by Osman Yigin, STB 17 Farciennes is the fourth episode produced in Belgium, following two previous chapters held in Farciennes, and the first series in Charleroi.
The main event features Italian Lorenzo Piras (21-5-0, 10 KOs) in defense of WKN World lightweight title against Belgian Allan Gozdzicki (45-20-3, 13 KOs). The bout is a rematch following their original encounter on Sardinia in April, where the local fighter took a decision.
