The WKN Returns to Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 : A Landmark Event in Caribbean Kickboxing !
The World Kickboxing Network – WKN is making its grand return to Trinidad & Tobago, a nation that has always been a key location for organizing high-level Kombat and WKN Championship events. Over the years, we have hosted spectacular fight nights, featuring top-tier championship bouts that have shined across the Caribbean.
This upcoming event, set for March 29, 2025, marks another milestone in our journey. The organization of this event will be coordinated by Mr. Primchand Seepersad and supervised by Angelo Simson himself.
✅Angelo Simson: A Pillar of WKN’s Growth in the Caribbean & South America
A true legend of WKN, Angelo Simson has been a multiple-time WKN champion for years and one of the most prolific promoters in Suriname. His dedication has been crucial to the development of our federation, always striving to expand and strengthen WKN’s presence in the Caribbean.
Beyond his work as a promoter and organizer, Angelo has also been an active figure in the world of MMA lately, being in the corner of UFC heavyweight “BIGI BOY” Jairzinho Rozenstruik. His organization, Chosen, has enabled him to forge strong ties with influential figures in the combat sports world, particularly in Trinidad & Tobago.
✅A Championship-Level Event
The highly anticipated WKN Caribbean Championship will feature a thrilling showdown between:
Chivano Lugard (Suriname) vs. Shiaeine Blake (Jamaica)
This clash promises to be a spectacular display of skill, power, and determination, as both fighters look to prove themselves as the best in the Caribbean.
✅A Bright Future for WKN in Trinidad & Tobago
The WKN is proud to welcome new partners in this magnificent Caribbean island, and we are committed to making every effort to ensure that this and future events are a huge success.
Additionally, we are excited to announce that the entire event will be officially registered on BoxRec, our trusted partner, further cementing the significance of this championship in the combat sports world.
