One of the largest and most prestigious clubs in Italy, « Thaï Boxe Torino » is owned by WKN promoter and close friend of over 30 years, Mr. Carlo Barbuto. 🏆
Carlo Barbuto is a former globally renowned fighter, with over 150 fights appearances as part of the famous Team Panza. Over the years, he has dedicated himself to developing Muay Thai and kickboxing at the highest level, not only in Italy but also internationally. For nearly three decades, he has remained loyal to the WKN, consistently presenting high-quality events featuring legendary bouts.
One such iconic fight was the much-anticipated rematch between Acero Cali 🇦🇷 and Ben Azizzi 🇮🇹🇲🇦, a battle that made headlines across South American TV at the time.
The club has produced some of Italy’s greatest champions, who have proudly represented their country worldwide. Among them are Patrick Carta, Sudsakorn, Christian Zahe, Filip Solveidh, Ben Azzizi, Lucian Danilencu, Mastromatteo .. to name just a few.
For more than 20 years, every season, Mr. Barbuto has also organized one of the most significant combat sports events in Italy. This renowned show has hosted some of the greatest fighters in the sport, including Giorgio Petrosyan, Jorge Acero Cali, Gary Hamilton, Roberto Rocco, Dato Javakhia, Alessandro Alias, Zara, Chinto Mordillo, Erkan Varol, Jimmy Viennot, Genghis Alazov, Lucian Danilencu, Loris Audoui, Chris Baya, Kaponglek, Sitichai, Paolo Fiorio, Yohan Kongolo, Sudsakorn, and many others.
