Strengthening the Future of Combat Sports in Armenia: A Productive Meeting with Mr. Romanos Petrosyan.
Today, I had the honor of being invited by Mr. Romanos Petrosyan, Head of the State Supervision Service of the Republic of Armenia 🇦🇲, to discuss the future of combat sports in Armenia. The meeting, held at the Armenian government offices, was an enriching and productive conversation with Mr. Petrosyan, Mr. Vardan Mnatsakanyan and Mr. Hrach Azizyan. It was clear from the outset that the Armenian government is deeply committed to the development of sports, particularly combat sports, for the youth of Armenia.
Our discussion centered on the creation of the Mix Fight Federation, a project aimed at promoting and supporting combat sports across the country. The government’s enthusiasm for fostering these sports was evident, and we were truly honored to witness such a strong commitment to the advancement of sportsmanship in Armenia.
We are grateful to Mr. Petrosyan for his leadership and unwavering support, which will undoubtedly pave the way for a brighter future in Armenian sports. This meeting was a valuable opportunity to see how much the government values and believes in the potential of combat sports to positively impact the youth of Armenia.
