STAY HUMBLE !
Humility in sports is a quality that is becoming increasingly rare.
Remaining humble in both defeat and victory was once the norm, but today, everything has changed.
To carve out a place in this tangled world of champions, promoters, managers, and other stakeholders, anything goes: from classic betrayal to contempt for those who helped you, even slander—nothing is off-limits.
But everyone should remember that it’s just sport—one day you’re on top, the next you’re at the bottom.
Stay humble, and remember that you didn’t get where you are alone. Victory is never the work of one person; it is the result of a team’s collective effort and the connections you’ve built along the way.
Many of your successes are due to the contributions of others, and your success is fleeting. It should be celebrated with sharing and respect for those who helped you get there. So to all the so-called managers, matchmakers, promoters, and fighters, take a moment to reflect on your journey and never forget those who helped guide your steps in the right direction 🤝
