The 30th edition of “Le Stelle del Ring,” held on February 9, 2025, at the Multipurpose Center in Subbiano, Italy, was an absolute success. This remarkable event showcased high-quality bouts as part of the WKN Premium National Championships, with motivated and well-trained athletes competing at the highest level. The venue was packed, reflecting the growing enthusiasm for the sport and the importance of this event in the kickboxing world.
The world president of WKN, present at the event, took the opportunity to praise Mr. Jakini’s extraordinary work. He emphasized that Mr. Jakini’s dedication, passion, and strength in promoting combat sports in Tuscany are truly exceptional. He is undoubtedly one of Italy’s top four promoters and one of the most prolific in Europe. The quality and intensity of the national championships organized under his leadership prove his commitment to WKN and the sport.
Organizing such high-level championships is a testament to the dedication and professionalism that Mr. Jakini brings to the table. These events not only elevate the WKN but also highlight our champions, the officials, judges, referees and the sport itself. One of the evening’s highlights was the thrilling battle between WKN European champion Lorenzo Corseti 🇮🇹 (winner on points) and European ISKA champion Mexhit Hysenaj 🇦🇱 in a highly competitive and intense fight. This was a showcase of top-level talent and further proof of the impeccable preparation of the athletes involved.
