Message from the President Regarding the Two Historic Championships at Lumpinee legendary stadium with Big Joe Promotions« Mission Accomplished in Thailand 🇹🇭 and Beyond. Four days in Bangkok, at the heart of Muay Thai and its legendary Lumpinee Stadium, were perfect. I had the pleasure of appreciating the work of Mr. Samita Big Joe Promotions. With his help and experience, we successfully organized the first-ever WKN kickboxing championship at the iconic Lumpinee. It was an intense event, featuring two fierce knockouts. The opponents were of a very high level, coming not to merely participate but to fight for these historic WKN titles. These titles mark the beginning of official WKN kickboxing championships at the Lumpinee and close out 30 years of WKN activity around the world. This experience was incredibly enriching. I was able to witness and feel the spirit of Thailand and its legendary fighters. The Lumpinee is unlike any other — a true temple of combat sports, especially Muay Thai. Everything was flawlessly managed by a dedicated team of exceptional officials, as the Lumpinee has its own commission overseeing all the matches held there. Thanks to all the hard work accomplished at the end of this season and this historic event at Lumpinee, we are now ready to approach 2025 with greater strength and legitimacy — qualities often lacking in the organization of our sport. We will continue collaborating with Big Joe Promotions and developing their kickboxing concept in Thailand, as the potential of the fighters is immense and their fighting spirit is exceptional. I will now travel to Cambodia and Vietnam to meet key figures in our sport and promote harmony among people through sports and its values. My heartfelt thanks to Thailand, to Mr. Samita of Big Joe Promotions, his family, and all those who trust my organization, the WKN, and help elevate it to the highest levels.
