Meeting Japanese Master Ihara Kaicho and Chinto Mordillo: A Historic Honor for the WKN !
This trip to Spain, organized for HDH.136 by Chinto “Samurai” Mordillo, will remain engraved in the history books as a truly memorable and historic moment. Indeed, the World President of the WKN had the opportunity to pay tribute and show his deepest respect to one of the founding sources of inspiration behind kickboxing and its roots: Master Ihara Kaicho.
Thanks to the promoter and the great champion Chinto “El Samurai” Mordillo, we shared sincere moments of friendship and warm, meaningful exchanges with also Argentinian Diego La Volpe a true passionate of kickboxing history. We also had the honor of visiting their academy, Meguro Castilla, where great champions train every day and where Chinto tirelessly passes on his knowledge to the new generations.
Among these champions is her wife Karla Benitez, the best female fighter in Spain who also teach at Megiro Castilla under the guidance of Chinto Mordillo, continuing to refine her skills at this renowned academy.
We also had the pleasure of meeting their daughter, Cynthia Mordillo, who will step into the ring tomorrow for a very important and beautiful fight.
Ihara Kaicho on this memorable day honored the WKN Champion Zejna krantic by an historic certificate from Japan 🇯🇵.
A huge thank you for the welcome, the unforgettable meetings, and the powerful moments shared.
