Invictus Arena 27 results from Rome

Invictus Arena 27 was held at Palazzetto Guglielmo Fiorini in Rome, Italy on December 15. The event presented by Riccardo Lecca featured a series of bouts with two WKN titles contested on the night.

In the main event the representative of the country-host Francesco Picca and Spanish David Ruiz Marrero battled it out for WKN European super lightweight title. The encounter went a full five-round distance. The verdict on the night announced a draw, in accordance with the judges scorecards.

In the co-main event local Alessandro Moretti and Moroccan Abramo Abderrahim squared off in WKN International super featherweight championship bout. The contest ended in the second round in favor of the latter, who claimed the win as well as the belt by knockout.
