🇪🇨 HDH 137 – A Historic Night for Kickboxing in Ecuador !
HDH 137 was a landmark event for combat sports in Ecuador. This historic organization became the first kickboxing event ever officially registered on BoxRec in the country, marking an important milestone for Ecuadorian kickboxing and combat sports history.
This event helped put Ecuador on the international kickboxing map and demonstrated the country’s potential to host high-level professional events. HDH 137 opened new doors for athletes, promoters, and organizations, showing that Ecuador is ready to grow and develop within the global kickboxing community.
The success of this event was made possible thanks to the enormous work carried out by the WKN and Chinto Mordillo which played a key role in making this night a reality. The preparation, organization, and support required were substantial, and the commitment of the WKN was essential to ensure that the event met international standards.
We sincerely hope that this historic achievement will encourage more organizations to come to Ecuador in 2026, helping to further develop the sport, create new opportunities for fighters, and continue building a strong future for kickboxing in the country.
We also hope that the level of organization of Mr Walter Loyola for future promotions will be even higher, in order to allow Ecuador to fully meet and respect WKN standards.
