Today, on the occasion of his 50th birthday, the World Kickboxing Network . WKN proudly pays tribute to our dear friend Dr. Urgyen Rinchen Sim of Indonesia.
Dr. Sim is a highly respected figure in the world of combat sports, he is a successful promoter and manager. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication to athletes and has earned admiration across the martial arts, fight sports & boxing community.
His first connection with WKN President Stéphane Cabrera came through Singaporean Mr Alexander Shah an emblematic figure of the Asian combat sports scene and a close friend of the President. This introduction took place in Indonesia, Malang city during a major boxing world championship event featuring Indonesian super star & senator Daud Jordan, a memory that remains forever engraved in the President’s heart.
The relationship between Dr. Sim and the WKN has since grown, built on mutual respect, courtesy, and brotherhood, reflecting the true values of the WKN family.
Looking ahead, Dr. Sim is preparing exciting new projects with the WKN, including the organization of future championship events in Indonesia, his beloved country and home.
On this memorable day, the WKN wishes Dr. Sim health, happiness, and continued success. It is both an honor and a joy to celebrate not only his professional achievements but also his friendship and the strong bond he has forged with the WKN.
