The World Kickboxing Network is set to return to India on Sunday, April 17 with the third edition of Fraggingmonk Fight Night taking place in Pune. The event, billed as “Night of Valor”, features a series of kickboxing and MMA bouts with two titles at stake.
In one of the championship matchups, Surbala Laishram and Aarti Khatri battle it out for WKN Asia pro-amateur title in flyweight kickboxing. In another title fight, Karan Chauhan and Santosh Saud Chettri square off for WKN Asia super featherweight title in MMA.
Fraggingmonk Fight Night is promoted by Vaibhav Shetty, who has become the first in history WKN champion kickboxer crowned from India.
The upcoming event follows the second edition held in September 2021 in Bengaluru with as many as six champions crowned on the night.
