Daniil Vesnenoks defeats Davide Di Deo
WKN European title was on the line on October 12 at LNK Fight Night 13 held at Arena Riga. The contest featured Latvian mixed martial artist Daniil Vesnenoks up against Italian featherweight Davide Di Deo.
The championship encounter ended in the second round in favor of local athlete, who scored the win by TKO. In addition to the belt Vesnenoks updated his record to 10-2 and joined his fellow Aleksandrs Cizov, who claimed WKN European Lightweight belt at the previous LNK event in July. Di Deo dropped to 5-2, which snapped his four-fight win streak.
The event was presented by Vadim Milov and Eugene Sapronenko live on FightBox HD. The rest of the card featured a series of boxing and MMA bouts, including three championships.
