Clarification – August 16 Event in Réunion
Following a misunderstanding caused by a communication issue, incomplete information was previously shared regarding the event initially scheduled for August 16 in Réunion Island.
We would like to clarify that this is not a cancellation, but an administrative postponement agreed upon by all parties involved.
Thanks to the joint efforts of the WKN World Office, the local promoter, and the WKN Indian Ocean coordinator, the situation has been addressed constructively.
Our Indian Ocean coordinator is currently working on this matter, as the change of date occurred at the very last minute and requires proper coordination with local authorities.
We remain fully committed to the development of the sport and the recognition of athletes, which continue to be our top priorities.
