✨ WKN World President history
“My friends and former champions of my club, created in 1994, the KBCM—Habib Bakir and Olivier Cerdan—were exceptional fighters. I founded the KBCM 31 years ago, the same year my daughter Marylou was born.
Habib and Olivier were initially students of Ivon Cilia before joining my club, where they became world-renowned champions. I, too, was once a student of Ivon Cilia, my first Savate coach. It is thanks to the passion and dedication of person like Ivon Cilia that I was able to develop and promote our sports around the world.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Jean-Marc Colomer, one of my full-contact coaches, and my lifelong friend, Mr. Thierry Cossu. Their guidance played an essential role in my journey.
It is truly an honor and a source of immense personal pride to see that some of my champions, like Habib and Olivier, have gone on to organize major events supporting my company the WKN, not only in my region and my city, Nîmes, but also across France. Their loyalty over all these years has always deeply touched me and continues to do so today.

Our matches were often refereed by Jean Calamel, Serge Eloffe, and later Jérôme Loisel.
A true team that, at the time, was considered the elite in France & in all Europe !
Thank you all—it’s so important for me to remember where I come from and who I owe it to ❤️ “
