Nuit des Titans XVI by Osman Yigin

World Championship returned to Belgium with Simply the Best 17 Farciennes this past Sunday November 26. The event promoted by famed Osman Yigin featured some of the prominent representatives of the country host up against international opponents. Three WKN titles were challenged on the night.

In the main event the reigning World Kickboxing Network lightweight champion Italian Lorenzo Piras made a successful title defense, scoring a unanimous decision against the representative of the country-host Allan Gozdzicki. The bout was a rematch after their initial encounter in April on Sardinia, where the local fighter won the belt also by decision.

Also on the night Belgian lightweight Tarik Mahillon won WKN International belt, taking the victory via the first-round TKO over Slovak Samuel Hadzima. The doctor stopped the contest during the break between the first and the second round, due to cut received by Slovakian athlete.

STB 17 was the fourth episode produced in Belgium, following two previous chapters held in Farciennes, and the first series in Charleroi. The complete results can be found below.
