Two passionate men, promoter Kevin Mpiga and former World Champion legend Souleymane Mbaye, have worked tirelessly to create a truly historic event in Libreville on September 26.
Their commitment and professionalism have made it possible to present the first-ever WKN Championship in Gabon, alongside the first IBA Professional Boxing Championship in the country’s history.
This exceptional organisation is the result of hard work, passion and a strong desire to give Gabonese and African fighters the international platform and recognition they deserve.
To support this historic occasion, WKN World President Stéphane Cabrera and WKN Director Osman Yigin will be present in Libreville, bringing their experience and international presence to this important event.
September 26 will be more than a fight night. It will be a milestone for Gabon, for African combat sports, and for the continued development of international opportunities for African fighters.
