🇻🇳 WKN PRESIDENT IN VIETNAM MAKING HISTORY
Some moments are bigger than an event. My recent visit to Vietnam was one of them.
As President of the WKN, I travelled personally to Vietnam not simply to attend, but to work, coordinate, supervise and help build a historic new chapter for our federation.
Together with our Vietnamese and Argentinian partners, we achieved something that had never been done before:
🥊 The first WKN World Kickboxing Championship in Vietnam
🇻🇳 The first WKN Vietnam National Championship
🌎 Officially recorded with BoxRec, our exclusive international partner
This was the result of hard work, coordination and personal commitment to establishing the WKN in one of the most promising countries of the future.
Vietnam is developing at an extraordinary pace, and I am convinced that this country will become one of the major nations of the future, including in combat sports.
During my visit, I saw firsthand the enormous potential of Vietnamese kickboxing. From north to south, there are excellent fighters, young talents, ambitious teams and passionate coaches who deserve to be discovered and brought to the international stage.
That is exactly what the WKN is here to do.
As President, my mission is not simply to sanction championships. It is to build opportunities, develop new markets, discover champions and connect fighters from every part of the world.
The historic event in Vietnam is therefore not an ending, it is a beginning.
I leave Vietnam proud of what we have achieved, grateful to our Vietnamese partners, and more determined than ever to continue building the WKN in this incredible country.
The future of Vietnamese kickboxing has only just begun.
