A historic moment for Kun Khmer in Asia took place today in Can Tho City, on the Mekong River, with the inauguration of the First Asian Kun Khmer Championship in Vietnam.
The WKN World President had the great honor of attending this exceptional opening ceremony, which proudly brought together and showcased the participation of numerous Asian countries.
Congratulations to General Khov Chhay, President of the Kun Khmer Federation, for organizing with his team such an outstanding and professional ceremony. His passion, dedication, knowledge and vision are clearly reflected throughout this championship.
General Khov Chhay is a true ambassador of Kun Khmer, putting his experience, commitment and determination into the international development of this discipline. Under his leadership, Kun Khmer continues to expand its presence and establish itself on the global combat sports scene.
It was a great pleasure and honor for the WKN World President to attend this important event in Can Tho. With General Khov Chhay’s passion, vision and ambitious ideas, this championship has all the potential to become the beginning of something truly great for Kun Khmer in Asia and around the world.
