Always put the SPORT in the spotlight !
“Our world of global kickboxing suffers more and more from a lack of recognition which is really damaging for the athletes who train hard and the coaches who give a lot of their time.
Let’s move on from the number of World champions who are “famous” by too many organizations which often are not even federations or real sanctioning bodies. With a little money you can very easily create a league and distribute world champion titles to whoever you want & nearly with the rules you want.
Gone are the days when world titles were only awarded by the few active world federations.
We also have sordid political games where with a few papers and signatures we can destroy or at least try to destroy all the work of people who invest themselves with honor in our sports and the organization of fights. Here we can say that to crush an opponent, all petty dirty tricks are good & we are very far from the sportsmanship which should be law in all organizations.
For our part at the WKN we remain honest and try to maintain exemplary ethics where we never commit low blows, contemptuous or other actions to gain the upper hand over others. On the contrary, we have always worked for freedom, work and above all always for Sport and its development!”
