SURINAME 🇸🇷 a fighting spirit in its PURE state!

“I spent a week in Amazonia in the heart of a country which saw the birth of many of the best fighters in the world to sanction a WKN South American championship, a continent rich in great fighters of all styles. After many promotions in schools across the country, press conferences and outdoor weigh-ins filmed by various national TV stations… All this perfectly orchestrated by Angelo Simson and his excellent team… the big day finally arrived: that of the 4th edition of CHOSEN called “The gladiators return”!
What was my surprise when I saw the quality of the organization with hostess at the entrance, gladiators on horseback, photo wall, VIP layout and everything that makes an evening memorable: honestly everything was perfect in this ultra modern and designs Ariase Arena.
For the sporting part the fights were of quality and above all very balanced, we felt very strongly that everyone had come to win and not just to have a fight… Everyone gave everything, it was very good opposition with a respectful and fervent public who encouraged all the fighters and proudly applauded all the winners!
To sum up, the evening was really successful with a full house and an atmosphere that gave me joy as the enthusiasm and passion touched me directly!
Hats off to everyone and thank you because it is with this style of organization that our sports take on their full value and become exceptional.
All this is arbitrated and judged by the Surinamese commission which carried out serious and professional work as always.
It should be noted that Mr Angelo Simson had brought an MC from the USA 🇺🇸 / Miami and a referee for MMA from the USA / Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 with two commentators from Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 .. so nothing was missing and perfect evening with two impressive victories from Guevero TAF Nihoje for the WKN title by ko 5 & Clyde Brunswijk in MMA by Tko 2.
As in Suriname, hospitality is customary, the fighters are also hosts and distinguished guests and for two days after the fights the whole Angelo Simson team organized canoe visits for everyone to see the dolphins 🐬of the Suriname River , discovery of a plantation more than a century old and a meal/BBQ in the middle of the Amazon with swimming in the wild rivers of the country… all the nationalities present were able to exchange and enjoy this extraordinary country, it was just fabulous!
To summarize, I would say that this CHOSEN organization has brilliantly and successfully mixed the technical prowess of the athletes, an organization of high standards, real and sincere friendships towards all the protagonists and will have left everyone with exceptional memories and sincere emotions. As I often say when the heart and passion are there in our sport, we can all together move mountains & create extraordinary things like Angelo Simson does.
