ProKick Head coach Billy Murray confirmed the fight after talks with the WKN president Mr Cabrera.
“This is good news for Michael, he had his first fight back in April 2010 at the Holiday Inn in Belfast and since then had very little time off,” said Murry.
“The popular electrical engineer from Dundonald has earned this shot at an Irish crown.”
“No doubt both boys will grasp this opportunity and come in in the best shape possible, this will help springboard them to greater things in the future.”
