Girl Power: Women’s kickboxing tournament Girl Power 4 live on SFR Sport 5

Bigger’s Better Boxing presents women’s kickboxing series Girl Power 4 on Friday October 13.

Women’s kickboxing tournament Girl Power is set for the fourth eliminator on October 13. The show airs on European network SFR Sport 5. The city host of the event will be announced in the coming weeks.

Girl Power is a one-night eight-woman featherweight kickboxing contest. To take all, the contender has to collect three victories during one evening in the format of the Olympic system tournament: quarter-final, semi-final and final. Prestigious WKN championship belt at stake. The hall of fame referee Steve Smoger officiates the bouts.

The fight card is in works. Three participants have been confirmed to date.

Ashley Gilson out of Belgium makes her second attempt to take all tournament, appearing as a strong contender at Girl Power 3 Sunny Beach last month. Pernille Schjonning of Denmark also returns to action as a known competitor for her bout at Girl Power 1 Liepaja when the Hall of Fame referee Steve Smoger made his debut in officiating the matches in kickboxing.

The fight card also features Tereza Dvorakova of Czech Republic, who battled out in the first round of World Muaythai Angels 2017 in April. In addition, Laetitia Madjene of France is also expected to take part in Girl Power 4, depending on Kunlun Fight schedule where she faces off Wang Kehan in the final of women’s kickboxing tournament this year (exact date not yet announced).
